Frontex Project: Financial Support for Returnee Fisherman

 

As part of the Frontex Project, Malankara Social Service Society (MSSS) has extended financial support to Mr. John Muttayyan, a returnee from France, to help him acquire a new fishing boat. This initiative aims to empower returnees by providing them with sustainable livelihood opportunities.

MSSS is deeply grateful to Caritas India for their invaluable support in making this possible. The financial assistance was officially handed over by Fr. Varghese Kizhakkekkara, Executive Director of MSSS.

This initiative reflects MSSS’s commitment to reintegration and economic stability for returnees, ensuring they can rebuild their lives with dignity and independence.
